Initial installation: New license code

Have you not received a license code for your new SeeTec software? You can request a license code here to activate the full functionality of your version of the SeeTec software.
Simply enter your information in the form below – and click "Send".

The necessary product ID can be found in the menu of your SeeTec client software in menu option "Info - Product ID". Please copy the character string displayed there and insert this into the form below in the "Product ID" field. Please do not use any foreign characters and avoid special characters!


Modified server hardware: New product ID

Are you using new server hardware with an existing SeeTec installation? In this situation, please generate a new product ID – and send it to use using the form below.

The necessary product ID can be found in the menu of your SeeTec client software in menu option "Info - Product ID". Please copy the character string displayed there and insert this into the form below in the "Product ID" field.

License update: Re-licensing

Have you updated an existing installation but not yet modified the hardware? Or have you expanded your system or lost your license code? In this case you can request a new license code straight away. To do this, simply quote the installation number (INR) of your SeeTec server. Please note: The license code will be sent to your email address stored on the system.
